The Refectory is available throughout the year with a limited number of dates released across 2025/2026/2027 offering a relaxed and stunning setting for the perfect wedding day across the seasons.

A thoughtfully curated drinks list draws from a selection of independent vineyards, brewers, and distillers to include Kent-produced red, white, and sparkling wines, local ales and beers, ciders, spirits, and cocktails with seasonal soft drink options.
